Medical Insurance Coverage
sleep apnea treatment is Covered by Medical Insurance
Your treatment falls under the coverage of medical insurance.
Most practices do not accept direct payments from insurance companies. We do.
Others leave it up to you to fight and collect on your own -- we don't!
We will never leave you on your own.
We are contracted providers for the following medical groups - Hill Physicians, Sutter Health, SPA, Dignity Health, Brown and Toland Physicians, Maritage and Palo Alto Medical Foundation – which means that we will able to obtain an authorization for treatment as in-network provider. We are also able to obtain an authorization for treatment if you are covered by Tricare and Tricare West. We are contracted as in-network provider for Aetna, United Health, HealthNet and Medicare. If we are not directly contracted with your insurance carrier, but you do have out-of-network benefits, we will do our best to minimize your out-of-pocket expense. We are working diligently to expand our contract status with all major insurance carriers and local medical groups in our coverage area.

Options To Minimize Your Costs
We will do what we can to minimize your cost
During your initial consultation we will discuss your options.
Some plans, especially employer-based plans, might have certain exclusions and specific coverage criteria, which we will gladly discuss with you during your consultation visit. We will also go over your benefits and out-of-pocket costs, so there are no surprises, as we want you to have a clear understanding of your coverages and financial responsibility while making your decision.

Providing Quality Treatment
Oral Appliance Leader
We are the leader of oral appliance therapy in Northern California.
We have set the bar quite high with our standards of care and integrity, and we are always striving to raise it even higher. Not only are we the best at providing an oral appliance therapy in Northern California, we also always address a financial plan to fit our patients’ budget. We wouldn’t become the largest provider of this treatment if we didn’t address the money issue a long time ago. Remember oral appliance therapy is not just something we do occasionally…it is our practice!
